DESCRIPTION:About Cevian Capital:\n\nCevian Capital is an activist hedge fund with ca. $16bn AuM. As an international investment firm\, Cevian acquires significant ownership positions in European public companies (e.g. ThyssenKrupp\, ABB)\, typically being the largest or second-largest owner of its portfolio companies.\n\nThe hedge fund’s optimal investment size is €500m to €1.5bn per company\, though larger investments are not excluded.
