Together with our colleagues in Paris and London\, the Private Credit Team Frankfurt from our current fund generation invests in LBO transactions in close cooperation with financial investors and the management teams of the respective companies.\n\nAbout the Event\nThe German market for leveraged buyout (“LBO”) financing around acquisitions by financial investors has grown strongly in recent years and has undergone significant structural changes. While a few years ago large banks with their leveraged finance teams dominated the market\, in recent years private credit funds have gained a market share of 60% in the German mid cap LBO market. In our opinion\, this development is not yet sufficiently reflected in the curricula of universities – not all of you presumably have already had contact with private credit / private credit funds. We would like to build on this and invite you to discuss the topic of private credit with us and gain some initial insights.
