For questions\, please contact info@investment-club.ch\n\nThe HIC is excited to announce an event with AEQUITA!\n\nAbout AEQUITA:\n\nAEQUITA is a privately owned private equity firm based in Munich\, focusing on the transformation of medium-sized companies and corporate carve-outs in special situations.\n\nIn addition to our M&A team\, responsible for transaction\, valuation\, and due diligence matters\, we utilize an operational network of experienced managers and experts from the automotive\, machinery and plant engineering sectors\, among many other industrial services areas. This operational team works extensively within the portfolio companies on implementing our strategies and actively puts the companies on a growth trajectory. With currently around 70 employees and prospectively twelve investments\, we manage a revenue of over 3 billion EUR.\n\nAbout the Event:\n\nIn our joint workshop\, we want to introduce you to AEQUITA and our operational investment approach\, and work together on a real investment case from our portfolio. You will learn how to efficiently extract\, analyze\, and use crucial information from comprehensive investment documents to arrive at a well-founded investment decision. Apart from commercial aspects\, we will also take a look at the company's financials and introduce you to the basics of financial modeling.\n\nFollowing our workshop\, we look forward to receiving your application for an internship in our M&A team\, which could potentially lead to an offer for a permanent position.\n\nRequirements:\n\nYou are already in the second half of your bachelor's program or ideally even in your master's program.\n\nRelevant prior experience in the field of Investment Banking/M&A or consulting is advantageous but not mandatory.\n\nYour German language skills are at a C1/C2 level.
