We gladly invite you this Wednesday at 6pm to our opening session of HIC Capital, a new chapter of HIC that will be devoted to promoting value investing and investment research at the University of St. Gallen. Our fellow board member Carlos Lopez will walk us through a distressed debt investment in the TMT space and will explain the factors to look out for when making investments in opportunistic situations in the credit markets. Carlos Lopez spent this summer working at the special situations fund of CVC Capital. This is a great opportunity to get to know one of the most esoteric and obscure areas of value investing and will provide a unique setting to learn about this exciting space.
