About Spring Insight Opportunities: The programs are a one- or two-week program offered by all major investment banks and elite boutiques for, primarily, students in their first year of a three-year university degree or in their second year of a four-year degree (including masters). Successful interns might be fast-tracked to summer internships in the following year. These programs are ideal for students in their assessment year, looking to break into finance.
