About Susanne Ballauff: Susanne Ballauff is the Head of Wellington Management Europe GmbH, operating from Germany as well as President of Wellington Management Funds Global. Throughout her career, she gained exceptional knowledge in the financial industry, having worked for numerous prestigious institutions such as Commerzbank and J.P.Morgan in Frankfurt as well as London. Furthermore, she is also Co-Chair of the German Committee for 100 Woman in Finance.
