About Thorsten Pauli: Thorsten Pauli is the Country Executive Switzerland and Head of Equity Capital Markets for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland at Bank of America. In this capacity, Mr. Pauli is responsible for the bank’s strategy, operations, and client relationships in the Swiss market, while also leading the Equity Capital Markets team across the region. With over 25 years of experience in equity capital markets, he focuses on capital raising, corporate finance, and pre-IPO transactions. Mr. Pauli holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has executed deals across various sectors and geographies, working with a team of bankers, analysts, and advisors.
