The HIC is excited to announce an upcoming event together with AmplifyME! AmplifyME’s mission is to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Through our technology, we provide professional training to some of the world's leading financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Citadel, and UBS, either helping them identify talent in their recruitment process or getting their new recruits desk-ready. In partnership with our Global Sponsor Morgan Stanley we deliver our flagship Finance Accelerator simulation that will rotate you through roles in Sales & Trading and Asset Management in an exciting and highly interactive manner. At the end of the simulations participants receive a performance report detailing their role-specific strengths as well as areas for improvement. In addition top-performers receive the opportunity to be fast-tracked to internships at our partner clients, including Morgan Stanley, providing participants a unique pathway into developing their career progression.
