Spring Weeks & Summer Internships: Your Route Into Finance
Ready to break into finance? This year we are combining our two most popular educational events into one evening covering both entry routes: Spring Insight Programmes and Summer Internships.
About Spring Insight Programmes (Spring Weeks):
One to two week programmes offered by all major investment banks and elite boutiques, aimed primarily at students in their first year of a three year degree or their second year of a four year degree. Successful participants are often fast tracked to a summer internship the following year. Ideal if you are in your assessment year.
About Summer Internships:
The standard entry route into full time finance roles, typically eight to twelve weeks in length and the main pipeline for graduate offers.

How to build an application that stands out
Company specific deadlines and timelines for both programmes
How to perform in hirevues, interviews and assessment centres
First hand experiences from board members who have been through the process
